Consultancy

new markets and business model development for prospective sports club owners/investors.
FMMI has also produced industry reports on the Chinese and North American football markets.
Deal Facilitation
Drawing on extensive global networks, FMMI facilitates deals across a range of areas internationally:
- Media rights syndication and development - brokering deals and partnerships between rights holders and those searching
for content across traditional and new media platforms, covering live sports events, documentary and ‘magazine' content
- Cross-border licensing - extracting value from football brands internationally; creating opportunities across a
range of club-branded product and service areas
- Corporate sponsorship brokerage - working with sporting rights holders, brands and specialist intermediaries to
enable sponsorship/partnerships; brokering high-profile endorsement/brand-ambassador relationships
- Strategic partnerships - developing mutually beneficial relationships between clubs, federations and associations
based on commercial and sporting development.
