FMMI Advise New Women's Professional Soccer Franchise

FMMI have completed a consultancy project for St Louis Soccer United assessing international player transfer regulations for the team, which is slated to launch in 2009 in the U.S. Neil Eaves of FMMI said, "In a tight timeframe we evaluated transfer regulations with the relevant authorities and reported on the current processes and highlighted potential issues. We hope our work will help the St Louis team in their ambition to acquire the best professional female soccer talent in the world."

World Cup Star Visits China

Italian football legend Roberto Baggio visited China recently as part of a campaign that will see his image used to promote a range of official Olympic products for China Golddeal (Beijing) Investment Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Banknote Printing & Minting Corp.

The promotional tour took in Hangzhou, Beijing and Guangzhou and generated massive media interest in China. FMMI facilitated the deal representing Roberto Baggio's management company Kronomark & Partners SpA in negotiations.

FMMInternational Continue to Push Into New Markets

FMMI are working for UEFA and the Georgian Football Federation to identify and address the key issues facing the game in Georgia. Alex Phillips, Head of Professional Football Services at UEFA said, "Football is extremely popular in Georgia but is facing a number of challenges as it looks to become more attractive to Georgian football fans and commercially viable. FMMI's work will help the Georgian Federation establish the groundwork for a sustainable football industry in the country".

Ucha Ugulava, General Secretary of the Georgian Football Federation said "FMMI are helping us identify and implement changes that will lead to a lasting benefit for the game in Georgia." Neil Eaves of FMMI added, "We feel we can make a significant difference to the game in Georgia. The challenges faced by Georgia are common with many other UEFA members and this project will serve as a blueprint for those associations".

International Football Arena staged in China

The inaugural IFA Beijing was successfully staged in Beijing bringing together key decision makers from the Asian, European and American industries. FMMI developed the concept with Swiss-based International Football Arena, introducing local partners and providing support.

Arsenal Work With Titan Sports

March 2007, Beijing, China

Arsenal and Titan Sports have agreed this month to collaborate on a media and research project in China with a view to longer term cooperation. In an arrangement brokered through FMMI, Titan will publish an official Arsenal special edition of its Soccer Weekly title containing material from Arsenal's official UK magazine.

In addition, Titan will undertake research of its readership through a survey designed by FMMI in consultation with Arsenal to gauge the views of Chinese fans on the clubs Chinese activities.

FMMInternational today announce a deal with a US investor which will enable the company to continue its development into new markets. Director, Dan Fletcher commented, "This is an exciting development for the company, particularly given our investor's existing and planned football interests."
