FMMI win more work in Georgia
10 March 2008, London
The Georgian Football Federation (GFF) has commissioned FMMI to draw-up a strategic blueprint to improve professional football in the country.
The scope of the work is diverse ranging from the improving the
national championships to advising on stadia developments. (This
follows on from a joint UEFA/Georgian Football Federation project
that FMMI undertook last summer).
Neil Eaves of FMMI's football consultancy division said, "This
work will provide a road map for the future development of the game
and form the foundations to improve the commercial value of
football in Georgia. What's more, there is much that will be learnt
here that would benefit other leagues looking to professionalise
and commercialise their properties."
